Black and White and Infrared

This gallery features examples of my Black and White photography. This was the first form of photography and focuses on the dynamic look where the emphasis is on composition and detail instead of color. Infrared photography captures invisible near-infrared light wavelengths (700nm to 1200nm). It turns green leaves bright white (the Wood effect) and darkens skies and water, creating surreal, dreamlike landscapes.
